Website Case Study: Arrow and Hare

Arrow and Hare came to us with a beautiful product, but a brand and website that didn’t do it justice. We helped them level up with a new brand identity and a custom site that feels just as refined as their products.

Background

Before partnering with Happy Pixel Designs, Arrow & Hare was struggling with an image problem.

While her products were exquisitely crafted, the business lacked a polished online presence to match the level of artistry behind the brand.

Client:

Arrow & Hare, a fine stationery studio specializing in wedding paper goods

Wedding & Fine Stationery

arrowandhare.com

The Challenge

Victoria wanted to display her work with the grace and clarity it deserved, without overwhelming her potential clients or getting lost in design trends that didn’t reflect her classic aesthetic.

Her studio also needed a way to gently encourage inquiries from discerning couples, without resorting to heavy-handed sales tactics or automated booking systems.

Her Vision

She had a vision, but her current branding was far from it.

Heirloom-quality paper studio. Old-school, vintage feeling. Refined luxury. Anqiue shop meets luxe wedding florals. Sun beams slicing through a dusty book store. Soft smell of rose and a glimpse of white lace as a bride adjusts her veil.

But her current brand…didn’t exactly convey that. Her logo was created by a family friend, and didn’t express the brand accurately. The color palette was too much, and the typography was too playful for her brand.

Victoria didn’t need just a website; she needed an entire brand makeover.

Outcome

The finished website now feels like a natural extension of the Arrow & Hare studio—graceful, timeless, and deeply intentional.

A Distinct, Refined, Digital Presence: With a cohesive aesthetic and thoughtful UX, the site mirrors the elegance of the studio’s handmade work, helping to establish quality and trust on the first click.

Refined Client Journey: Prospective clients can easily browse collections, understand the bespoke process, and make inquiries without being overwhelmed by sales pitches.

Positioned for Growth: With a polished site as her foundation, the founder is now poised to expand her reach into luxury event collaborations and seasonal stationery collections.

Arrow & Hare is now a reflection of Victoria’s vision. A wonderfully quiet space where beauty is in every detail, and memories are seal away with love.
